An opportunity to learn and grow in a multitude of trades:
Not necessarily having every tool, but have basic hand and power tools. Must know or learn what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting Skills
Must be a quick thinker and have the critical thinking skills to evaluate and/or learn basic home and small business maitenance issues to arrive at a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills
Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Senior Craftsmen, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Presentable
Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized tools

Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. Ace Handyman Services is a franchise network of Independently Owned and Operated Franchises. - Looks around the property and communicates to the customer, things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
- Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquires about additional work that could be performed.
- Sometimes taking the time to fix something small, then points out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.
- Is willing to learn and follow direction of experienced senior craftsmen.
- Someone who is punctual, efficient and maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction.
- Enjoys being an Integral part of a winning team.
- Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers' expectations.
- Able to use electronic scheduling, notes, and invoicing devices.
- Able to start immediately a plus!
