In this role you will facilitate calls to educate our customers on the types of services & solutions we provide as well as our service model. NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Additionally, you will be a key component to the management of the daily schedule. Listening to customers and helping them solve their problems is the objective. Matching the right craftsmen with the right customer is key to a successful customer journey. This is a high call volume and fast paced role, this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, customer follow up, etc..
Other tasks associated with this position:
- Building our team of craftsman - this would include facilitating screening calls, interviews, hiring, and orientations with new craftsmen.
- Potential networking opportunities to get the word out in the community about who we are and what we do!

Specific qualifications for the role include:
- Comfortable with sales
- Extremely comfortable with technology - this is a very tech heavy job with multiple screen, systems and softwares.
- Strong customer service skills, and LOVES PHONE customer service.
- Excellent office management skills
- Solid typing skills
- Great multitasking and prioritization skills (this one is huge!)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Sales and/or Marketing – a basic understanding of sales and marketing, experience is a plus!
- Good leadership skills - can you coach, encourage, help and manage a team to accomplish a goal?
