Since 2003, we have provided homes and businesses throughout Kansas City with quality craftsmanship for all of their repair, and improvement projects – both large and small – inside and outside. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Lead Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

You will work out of your home on your choice of a Full time or Part time basis.
Job Requirements
We are looking for Lead Craftsman and Carpenters with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical. You must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients, as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel.
Specific Qualifications For The Role Include
The 800 Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.
Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. - Ability to perform Carpentry, Minor electrical, Minor plumbing, Drywall repairs and more.
- Own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
