Ace Hardware Home Services of New Jersey, LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and comfort of residential homes through the diagnosis and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Sell repairs and replacements of furnaces, boilers, condensers, package units, coils, humidifiers, water heaters, circulators, zone controls, heat pumps, air handlers, etc
• Assist in the preparation and completion of installs that you sold
• Communicate with customers, co-workers, managers, and vendors
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and fully stocked company truck

Requirements:

To succeed as an HVAC Technician, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

Qualifications:

• A minimum 3 years experience in the trade
• A positive attitude with a willingness to treat our customers with the utmost respect
• A deep understanding of heating, AC, and IAQ equipment and HVAC system designs
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow
• The ability to work late when the job at hand requires it
• Clean driving record
