We are seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for presenting estimated costs on recommendations previously made by service technicians.
You will reengage customers with existing estimates, answer questions, and assist them through the decision-making process.
The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills with attention to detail and be able to manage a high-volume, high-touch pipeline of service recommendations/repairs.
In addition to providing an exceptional experience for every customer at every interaction, you will also learn all services and product offerings to effectively communicate and finalize commitment of technical solutions with our customers.
