Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Training new staff
- Operating Point of Sale
- Offering knowledgeable recommendations in the selection of products
- Stocking shelves
- Tinting and mixing paint
- Maintaining a clean and inviting paint department
- Must be able to arrive on time with a clean, sociable, and sober demeanor
- Must be able to lift 45lbs.
- Looking for a multi-tasker who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and is able to stay on task
- Able to work up to 40 hours a week, including some weekends
- Outside sales experience is a PLUS

Salary: $14.00 to $20.00 / hour
Management experience, familiar with popular paint brands, sales experience
Prior retail customer service, team leadership and paint knowledge required. Already work for Ace Hardware? Existing Ace associates must have the approval of their current supervisor before applying.
