Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating merchandise throughout the store.
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory management as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
Skills
