This position pays $16-$17 per hour depending on experience plus performance driven bonuses.

What you will do:
- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Ace
- Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits
- Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers
- Data entry of sensitive information
- General inbound customer service
What you bring:
- Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking
- Service Titan experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
