PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently meet weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals
- Generate and qualify leads within assigned TX-area territory; gather business intelligence on prospects and utilizing it to support sales
- Cold calling and developing new customers
- Analyze prospect needs, customize service plans, prepare and present proposals
- Ensure accurate and timely new account installation and ease of transition of account management to service team
- Work continuously with sales manager to optimize sales strategies
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS:
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission; earning potential is between $60K and $100K.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a quota-driven sales position required, B2B sales experience preferred
- Must be independent, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) preferred
