Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Overview:

Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and faith-based environment. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans that align with both medical and holistic health principles.
• Administer treatments, medications, and vaccinations following established protocols, incorporating holistic approaches when applicable.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies, and collaborate on integrative care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans in a team-based approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options, while promoting wellness in mind, body, and spirit.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Nursing with specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.
• No prior experience required, though experience in an integrative or functional healthcare setting is a plus.
• Proficient in IV access
• Knowledge of IV procedures
• Willingness to learn new procedures
• Proficiency in conducting physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, and prescribing appropriate treatments.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues in a supportive, faith-centered environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to learn and incorporate holistic treatment methods,
