We are helping a large law firm hire a corporate attorney for a unique role that functions as a corporate subject matter expert for the firm. Some specific responsibilities include :
- Creating, maintaining, and improving form documents, templates, and checklists used by the corporate practice group
- Updating the group on developments in corporate law, including deals and wins handled by the corporate practice group
- Providing ideas for marketing content based on developments, deal flow, and wins for the practice group
- Keeping up with legal technology that can improve efficiencies for the corporate practice group
This role does not bill hours / time. The hours for this role are a predictable, standard work week.
