What are the responsibilities and job description for the Transactional Attorney position at ACE Legal Search?
We're helping an established Houston law firm hire an associate level attorney with a broad transactional background. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.
Any of the following experience is a plus for this role :
- Advising local governments on public law matters
- Election law
- Municipal finance
- Open Meetings Act
- Land use
The person hired for this role must be able to attend / represent clients at local government meetings which are often at night / after business hours.
