While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, crouch, bend and reach above shoulders. The employee frequently is required to use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls; and talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. The employee must comply with the company’s PPE requirements including but not limited to, safety glasses, hearing protection, appropriate gloves, clothing and shields for required tasks and steel toed safety shoes when present on the shop floor.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts from customer order to payment application.
- Work with other departments, such as production and sales, to gather information and maintain accurate costs in ERP system.
- Review, analyze, and report actual profit margins.
- Analyze cost accounts to identify trends or abnormalities and report results in a clear and concise manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting/finance related field or equivalent work experience in an accounting position.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- The ability to excel at details.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with an ERP system required. Examples include Plex, Syteline, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP ERP, Infor, etc.
