JOB REQUIREMENTS : Fincantieri Marine Group currently has an opportunity for a Business Advisor, HRIS at the Green Bay, Wisconsin location. The HRIS Business Advisor acts as a liaison between users across the FMG organizations and the IT department, championing continuous improvement while enhancing the solution platform to meet the business\'s needs and goals. This role supports the business by analyzing needs, solidifying requirements, troubleshooting issues, training focal point users, managing projects, and defining solutions. You will play a crucial role in optimizing HR systems to support the organization\'s strategic objectives. As a member of the IT Applications Team, you will provide functional and technical support to Business Users to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Team members are expected to become the experts for their applications and have strong knowledge of business processes supported by the team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Relationship Development : Build and maintain relationships with users and facility / functional area leadership to understand business conditions, operational challenges, and potential opportunities.
• Business Advisory : Serve as a business advisor for the implementation and support of HR systems throughout the concept, design, realization, and support project stages.
• HRIS Management : Oversee HRIS such as ADP, SAP HRM, PA (HR Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), TM (Talent Management), PD (Personnel Development), and SAP SuccessFactors.
