What You’ll Do:

Track Attendance: Oversee accurate timecard management and ensure punctuality across your team.
Customer Champion: Handle and resolve customer issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
Lead by Example: Provide on-the-ground support to crews when needed, and help them overcome challenges.
Drive Growth: Lead training, safety programs, and performance evaluations to build a strong, capable team.
Winter Operations Pro: Efficiently dispatch snow removal crews, keeping operations moving in the colder months.

What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Leadership Experience: 5 years managing a team of 25 people.
✅ Training Expertise: Proven success in training and developing employees for success.
✅ Industry Know-How: 5 years in Lawn Care and Landscaping – you know the ropes!
✅ License & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License in Michigan and ability to pass DOT, Chaffers, and drug tests.
✅ Hands-On Experience: You’ve been behind the wheel of equipment, trailers, and tools for over 5 years.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computer databases to keep everything organized.
✅ Communication Skills: You excel at clear, concise communication and know how to motivate your team.
