We are seeking an experienced special events supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of parking services at events and venues, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

About the Position:
The Parking Venue/Event Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of parking services at events and venues. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage staff, optimize parking
logistics, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Accountability:
- Ensure all parking operations run smoothly and efficiently, addressing any issues in real time.
- Monitor staff performance and enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and
operational procedures.
- Take ownership of event parking logistics, including staff scheduling, cash handling, and inventory
management.
Exceptional Service:
- Address and resolve any operational or guest-related issues swiftly and effectively.
- Ensure parking areas are clean, safe, and well-lit to enhance guest experience.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Deliver a superior parking experience by ensuring quick, organized, and customer-friendly service.
Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between management, parking attendants, and event organizers.
- Provide clear instructions to team members and ensure all staff understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Document and report incidents, customer feedback, and operational challenges to management.
Profitability:
- Monitor parking revenues, control expenses, and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
- Optimize parking capacity and flow to maximize revenue potential.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Your Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in parking operations, event management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of parking technologies, ticketing systems, and cash-handling procedures.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by event
schedules.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
