As a Parking Supervisor at Abba, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant parking experience. Located at one of our many facilities, your role is vital in upholding our commitment to outstanding service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive experience.
- Manage vehicle parking efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide information about parking services and assist with any customer inquiries.
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parking facility.
- Report any issues or incidents promptly to management for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or guest service roles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus but not required.
- A background in hospitality or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
