About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join a dynamic team in automotive manufacturing. You will play a critical role in optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving quality improvements across our operations.

Working Hours : 7 : 30 am to 4 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing systems to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient plant layouts and workstations.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish labor standards and streamline operations.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Support new product launches by designing production processes and equipment.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
