The Director of Quality Assurance will be responsible for leading our manufacturing quality team and ensuring that all parts of our manufacturing process meet strict specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
- Maintain and improve quality documentation, including validation reports, product test protocols, and change management.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance with corporate eQMS.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
