The client is an automotive parts manufacturer based near Mansfield, OH. They’re looking for a Molding Maintenance Technician to supports Molding Operations by maintaining molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

Hours: Monday – Friday (1:45pm – 10:15pm)

Salary: Up to $32/hour

Responsibilities

· Troubleshoot and repair basic injection molding machines and molding auxiliary equipment.

· Troubleshoot and repair advanced or intermediate injection molding machines and molding auxiliary equipment with assistance.

· Reassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.

· Set up and operate machines and adjust controls to regulate operations.

· Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.

· Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.

· Safely performs task to ensure safety of all employees.

· Performs preventative maintenance on machines and document as called out in the procedures.

Requirements

· At least 3 years in an industrial maintenance role.

· Experience with Mold Maintenance (preferred)

· Physically fit & mobile (able to lift 50
pounds)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Plastics extrusion: 5 years (Required)
• Electrical troubleshooting: 5 years (Required)
• plc troubleshooting: 5 years (Required)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Overnight Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Mansfield, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
