What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader/Cashier position at Ace Party Supplies & Showtime Concession?
Ace Party Supplies & Showtime Concession is seeking a Shift Lead to become an integral part of our team! This role is to support the Store Manager in running the store successfully.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a member of the store's leadership team and perform general operations.
* Solely responsible for the management of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and required to exercise independent and discretionary judgement in doing so.
* Smooth and efficient operations in the store, meeting deadlines and ensuring exceptional customer service is being delivered.
* Coordination and execution of store merchandise and presentation standards. Helps maintain inventory control, merchandise is properly displayed and tagged.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
* 1 to 3 years previous retail experience required.
* Must have excellent organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with merchandising and previous supervisory experience is preferred.
* Computer and clerical experience is preferred.
* Full time retail schedule, including evenings and weekends, with overtime as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
