Each club features between 8-16 courts in a climate-controlled environment. Using on-court technology for instant replay and live streaming provides the ultimate pickleball playing experience. Our mission is to expand the sport of pickleball by inspiring new players and providing enthusiasts of all skill levels access to a welcoming community, optimal playing conditions, and opportunities for growth. embers of all ages and skill levels can visit the Ace Pickleball Club location to participate in a variety of activities, include daily open play, clinics, leagues, tournaments, social and glow-in-the-dark events. The Team Lead must be driven, approachable and detail oriented. This person will report to the general manager and provide additional operational and management support to the Member Specialists. The Team Lead should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sports and/or pickleball and a commitment to providing an optimal member experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage daily operations and provide mentoring to the Member Specialists
· Function as the Manager-on-Duty (MOD) if the GM or AM is not available
· Complete administrative tasks related to a certain aspect of the operation, such as inventory management, communications or scheduling
· Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
· Manage reports of incidents and coordinate with management on necessary follow-ups
· Identify training needs and potential opportunities for staff development and growth
· Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and engagement with our members
QUALIFICATIONS
· Enthusiastic about pickleball and/or fitness
· Team player
· Proactive approach to problem-solving
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented and highly organized
· Technologically savvy is a plus
· Must be CPR certified
