Summary
This dual-role position involves managing front desk operations, greeting clients, and processing fingerprinting services for background checks, licensing, and employment verification. As a Front Desk Receptionist at Ace Prevention Private Security, LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at our front desk while embodying our commitment to exceptional service and security.
Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Duties
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and filing
- Provide information about our services to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Ensure the security protocols are followed at all times during client interactions.
Fingerprint Agent Duties
- Perform fingerprinting services using electronic Live Scan
- Verify client identification and ensure proper documentation is provided
- Accurately capture and submit fingerprint data following state and federal guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with fingerprinting equipment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to fingerprinting services
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
- Process credit card and check payments
Qualifications & Skills
- Bilingual a plus!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; additional training or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or fingerprinting is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management software.
- Experience in calendar management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and meet state/federal fingerprinting requirements
Work Environment
- Office setting with frequent interaction with the public
- Requires standing for extended periods during fingerprinting procedures
- May involve occasional lifting of fingerprinting equipment or office supplies
