Summary
As a Security Guard at Ace Prevention Private Security, LLC, you will be an integral part of our mission to ensure the safety and security of our clients. This role involves monitoring premises, preventing loss, and responding effectively to incidents, all while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and the public.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and daily activities for management review.
- Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate situations when needed.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to maintain safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement roles is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and surveillance systems.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with clients and team members.
