Responsibilities
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, assessing situations effectively.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks for clients.
- Utilize surveillance equipment, including CCTV, to monitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
- Document incidents and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for incident resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
