Position: The Commercial Projects Manager performs a wide range of administrative duties to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between departments. This position requires a high level of detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Project management experience a plus!
Priorities:
- Schedule or monitor pickup, delivery and distribution of products and/or household goods.
- Perform onsite project management, coordinating between customer, facility and crews
- Review invoices, work orders or demand forecasts to estimate delivery periods
- Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customer problems
- Determine charges for services requested and/or arrange for billing
- Respond to customers’ or shippers’ questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services
- Communicate effectively and professionally
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Be adaptable, flexible and versatile

The pay range is $25 to $30 per hour. Starting rate is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (7 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits. The Commercial Projects Manager position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program which includes testing for THC.

Qualifications
Technology Skills:

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience
