Position:  As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing networking relationships. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Priorities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your network through regular communication and follow-ups
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
• Work with company personnel to ensure the highest level of service for our customers

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present and close sales opportunities in a residential setting

The starting pay rate is $40,000 annual salary plus $500 auto allowance per month plus commissions and bonus opportunities. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.  The Outside Sales position is considered safety sensitive and will be subject to the company's random drug test program.

Qualifications

Technology Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Competent with Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools for maintaining customer records.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.

• 2 years of sales experience, service industry experience preferred.
• Must maintain clean driving record, driver license, and insurance.
• Reliable and presentable transportation
• Proven track record in building and leveraging professional networks to generate leads, preferably within the moving and storage industry or related sectors.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to identify and pursue networking opportunities that align with company goals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in social settings.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary : $500 - $40,000
