- Commute to and from jobsite is paid beginning from Bozeman, MT
Candidate Description:
- Reliable, hard working individual that is willing and able to perform new and challenging tasks with a can-do attitude.
- Organized and effective in documenting quality information of multiple on-going projects.
- Rigger Certification preferred, or willingness to acquire upon hire (company provided)
- Familiar with construction materials and processes, operating heavy equipment (forklift, etc.), and towing trailers. Training will be provided.
- Willing and able to climb ladders and traverse roof tops to manage crews and document quality items, while complying and enforcing safety and fall protection requirements.
Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Assignment to a 10-12 month construction project in Big Sky, Montana, managing roofing install of multi-story buildings.
- Provide regular updates to the project manager including, but not limited to, job progress, safety, material usage, and cleanliness
- 100% on-site supervision of subcontract roofing crews, managing safety and quality assurance with on-going photo documentation.
- Provide daily logs with photos, documenting site conditions, safety compliance, job progress, and completion of customer-facing quality checklists.
- Manage materials to and from job sites (i.e. ability to lift up to 70lbs)
- Direct adherence and enforcement of the company’s safety program
- Exhibit commitment to quality management, customer relationships, and expectations
- Demonstrate integrity that represents the values of Ace Roofing and its employees
- Maintain a clean and organized job site

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
