Salary: Base Salary $55,000 Uncapped Commission

Who We’re Looking For
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year (preferably in construction/home improvement)
Skills:
- Good communication and organization
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Able to work independently or with a team
Requirements:
- Must pass background, driving, and drug tests
- Must have reliable transportation - generous travel compensation provided
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into customers
- Inspect roofs: Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Customer Service: Listen to customer needs and provide advice
- Document Interactions: Keep notes and follow up with customers
- Sales Activities: Participate in door-to-door sales and community promotion
- Be an Advocate: Spread awareness of Ace Roofing in your area
- Keep Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and improve your skills
