Job Title: Residential Sales Representative
Job Type: Full time with benefits
Salary Range: Paid 90-day training with 100% uncapped commission
Reports To: ResidentialSales Team Leader
Location: Flexible, Southwest Montana, Northwest Montana, Southeast Idaho, Big Sky, West Yellowstone all encouraged to apply

Candidate Description:
- Minimum 1 year successful track record in sales or equivalent educational experience (construction or home improvement-related is a bonus!!)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skill
- Positive go-getter who thrives in a fast paced competitive environment
- Have grit, stamina, and willingness to work long hours during “hot season”

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Experience and ability to turn warm leads into customers
- Conduct roofing inspections of homes, be comfortable on ladders and getting on roofs
- Comfortable providing professional insight/advice to customers based on inspection findings
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service by working with customers needs and using active listening to ensure you are addressing concerns and questions
- Maintain detailed notes of customer interactions to help build relationships and aid in follow up communication
- Participate in door-to-door sales activities and promoting ACE Roofing during downtime
- Be an advocate for ACE Roofing by creating awareness in your community/region
- Be a learner! Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your sales and customer service skills and stay informed about industry trends, products and services in order to provide updated information to customers and leads

Pay: $40,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
