Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Clean Room Inspector to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to inspect and verify the quality and integrity of Single Use assemblies within a controlled clean room environment. This position will require a deep understanding of clean room protocols, quality control standards, and assembly verification to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality guidelines.
Primary Functions:
- Conduct thorough inspections of Single Use assemblies in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
- Verify that each assembly is complete, functional, and meets the required specifications before release.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and testing to ensure products meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Maintain and monitor cleanliness standards within the clean room environment, adhering to ISO 14644 standards.
- Review and document inspection findings, discrepancies, and non-conformances, and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, and quality teams to identify and resolve quality concerns or assembly issues.
- Ensure that inspection and verification processes align with regulatory requirements and ISO guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality control data, and test results for traceability and audit purposes.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of inspection processes and procedures.
- Participate in training and development activities to stay up to date with industry standards and best practices.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Capable of performing fine manual tasks, including handling delicate parts and using inspection tools.
- Ability to work in a controlled clean room environment, which involves the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, gowns, and masks.
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job such as:
- Safely navigating a manufacturing environment
- Extended periods of standing, walking, and frequent bending and stooping
- Using tools and equipment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant inspection experience
