Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative services existing accounts, provides quotes, processes orders and resolves issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
Primary Functions:
- Provides quotes, process orders and resolves issues
- Provides prompt and courteous phone support
- Supports business development efforts
- Champions safety, company culture and ethics
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years’ experience in customer service or dealing with the public
- Experience in the manufacturing industry and an office setting preferred but not required
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job such as:
- Safely navigating a manufacturing environment
- Extended periods of sitting; occasional standing and walking
- Using computer and office equipment
