Position Summary:
The Machine Operator uses computerized laser machines to engrave parts according to company, customer and regulatory agency standards.
Primary Functions:
- Operate computerized laser machines to engrave parts
- Complete paperwork and use software to manage the machines and jobs
- Follow quality and inspection procedures
- Collaborate with other departments, cross train, and help where needed
- Champion safety, company culture and ethics
- Maintain good housekeeping standards and comply with applicable regulatory requirements
Primary Competencies:
- Computer experience such as opening and saving files, Word or Docs, and using email

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job such as:
- Safely navigating a manufacturing environment
- Some standing, walking, bending and stooping
- Using computers, tools and equipment
- Perform some lifting up to 25 lbs.
