Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to drive new business development and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers, manage sales processes, and implement online stores for schools and organizations.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and outreach strategies.
- Educate potential clients on ACE Screen Printing's products and services, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
- Generate quotes, close sales, and track sales performance against goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, client feedback, and performance metrics.
Online Store Implementation & Management
Set up and implement customized online stores for schools, teams, and organizations.
Coordinate with clients to determine product selections, pricing, and store launch timelines.
Manage online store operations, including order tracking, fulfillment coordination, and customer inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in screen printing, promotional products, or a related industry).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and online store setup is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
