What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Ace Surface Maintenance, Inc.?
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as appropriate (2-line phone system)
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Take in person applications and make copies of required hiring documents
- Upload pictures of completed job sites
Required Knowledge:
- Experience in office administration or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently (small office setting)
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - 22.00 per hour
Expected hours: Up to 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
