Crew Leader

Ace Surfaces is looking for the right individuals to train on sport surfacing projects with aspirations to grow and become supervisors and trainers. Some type of construction and supervisory experience is necessary. (Experienced court surfacing people are a bonus but not required) Our company specializes in installing Tennis and Basketball surfaces on a nationwide basis.

Qualification

- Demonstrated experience in construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project timelines
- Possession of a valid driver's license and excellent communication skills in English

- Ability to lead and provide guidance to other crew members in order to ensure project completion.

If you do not have a driver's license and are not willing to travel nationwide 75-100% of the time, please do not apply. You will not be considered.

Available positions will require extensive travel in the US.

Pay starts at $18 -$25 per hour depending on experience.

Work is 7 days/week and overtime pay for all hours after 40 is paid at time and a half. Per Diem is paid when working out of town.
