Role Description
ACE Technologies is hiring recent and future engineering graduates to join our Commissioning and Qualification team. We encourage applications from all engineering disciplines and all backgrounds. These are full-time entry-level Commissioning and Qualification Engineer roles located in Indianapolis and Lebanon, Indiana. C&Q Engineers are responsible for developing and executing protocols for a variety of systems, including process equipment, utilities, and facilities, in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. They also work closely with clients, vendors, and project teams to establish and maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with industry, client and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
