A Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in coordinating the team's marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives. This role involves a combination of administrative, creative, and analytical tasks, requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of assets and materials.
  2. Content Creation and Editing:
    • Assist in creating and editing marketing content, including copywriting for social media, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  3. Digital Marketing Support:
    • Coordinate the scheduling and posting of content on digital platforms, including social media channels.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
  4. Event Support:
    • Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Coordinate logistics, materials, and promotional activities for events.
  5. Market Research:
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research findings.
  6. Administrative Tasks:
    • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for the marketing team.
    • Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and other administrative functions.
  7. Communication Liaison:
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
  8. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Compile and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
    • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and marketing metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a marketing support role or internship is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, or content management systems is advantageous.
Work Environment:
  • The position may require occasional evening or weekend work, especially during campaign launches or events.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
