Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse/production activities, including receiving, producing, storing, and shipping products.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Develop and implement best practices for warehouse organization, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure stock accuracy.
- Work closely with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory flow.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Conduct routine safety audits and provide training to warehouse staff.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to warehouse operations.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience with ERP and warehouse technology systems.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Certification in supply chain or warehouse management is a plus.
