JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ace Wellness Center, a mental health agency is looking to hire a Lead Day Treatment Facilitator for our Lorain Location. The Lead Day Treatment Facilitator at ACE Wellness Center is a vital leadership role focused on driving the success of our day treatment programs. This position involves not only facilitating therapeutic sessions but also shaping the direction and quality of care we provide. As the lead, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment where clients can build resilience, develop life skills, and progress toward their treatment goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering staff development, enhancing program effectiveness, and ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of day treatment programs.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor day treatment staff, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure program alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate group sessions, workshops, and therapeutic activities.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Ohio (e.g., LSW, LPC, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health or day treatment services.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for community service and client advocacy.
Job Type: Full time
Starting Salary: $70,000
Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (for a 2-year commitment)
