We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible PRN (as-needed) Transportation Driver to join our team and help us deliver top-notch transportation services to our customers. Job Summary : As a PRN Transportation Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and punctual transportation of passengers to their destinations while adhering to all local and federal regulations. You will operate a company-owned vehicle and ensure a comfortable, efficient, and professional transportation experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely and responsibly operate company vehicles, including cars, vans, or buses, depending on the specific job assignment.
- Maintain a clean, well-maintained, and mechanically sound vehicle, performing routine safety checks, and promptly reporting any maintenance or repair issues.
- Provide a high level of customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, disembarking, and handling any special requests.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers, following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger information, if necessary.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, co-workers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, or ticket sales in a professional and accurate manner, if required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on safety, customer service, and job-specific skills.
- Work on an as-needed basis, filling in for regular drivers during their scheduled time off, vacations, or busy periods.
