To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You must also have three or more years of sales experience and prior management experience. Additional requirements include being able to stand or walk for prolonged periods, lifting up to 30 pounds at times, passing a drug screen and background check, and being willing to work retail shifts and hours.
