Job Description
ACEA is fixing the way that healthcare clinicians learn throughout their careers. We work in small, flexible teams with a startup culture to solve meaningful problems worldwide.
As a Full-Time Marketing Lead, you will expand and optimize our multi-channel marketing efforts to grow and engage our community of medical clinicians, channel partners, and educational organizations. You will work closely with our CEO and growth team to set and achieve major goals for our organization.
Your compensation may include a combination of base salary, commission, and equity.
What You’ll Do :
Design and implement digital marketing strategies including organic and paid campaigns
Leverage data to continuously optimize and expand upon current initiatives in both new user acquisition as well as current user engagement
Represent our brand through collaborative relationships with partners, influencers, users, and the press
Develop plans and budgets for marketing, then oversee the allocation of resources
Maintain, co-create, and improve our marketing culture : evangelize the product, collaborate across functions, track data toward our goals, introduce new tools and methods, and teach the team.
Initiate new, self-driven projects around your interests
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring to the Team :
Understanding of marketing psychology, industry trends, and best practices
Excellent writing and conversational skills
Deep knowledge in SEM, SEO, and inbound marketing methodology
Foundation of exceptional data-driven marketing practices (e.g. A / B testing and data dashboards such as Mixpanel)
Entrepreneurial leadership spirit to encourage collaboration and experiment with innovative ideas
Passion for taking ownership, driving projects around your interests, and positively influencing your work environment
How to Stand Out :
Show a portfolio of prior work alongside writing samples
Demonstrate a passion for fixing the health care system
