Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of food service practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; a passion for culinary arts is essential.
