Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities the team’s tasks of assessing, screening, counseling and supporting clients through the performance of clinical, case management and support services to enhance, meet or restore their capacity to function
- Facilitates the team development of treatment plans
- Provides ongoing clinical support and training to team members to assure clients receive the best possible care
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in behavioral health science or counseling specialty from an accredited institution.
- Two years of post-bachelor's experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness.
- Must be able to exercise independent thinking and good judgment under all circumstances.
- Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
