Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Prevention Consultant to support the New Jersey Statewide Student Support Services Program, in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops. webinars, assemblies
- Assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services
- Build effective collaborative partnerships and ensure that services are reflective of community need
- Collaborate closely with school principals, counselors and support personnel as required in order to effectively deliver required supports to students and their families
- Support accurate and complete program data collection and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs.
- At least three (3) years' experience working in non-profit, social service environment in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs
- Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures
- Experience implementing evidence-based treatment and prevention programs is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with and empowering at-risk youth and marginalized communities by conducting prevention education
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to motivate and engage your team as well as be an effective leader across the agency
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
Additional Information:
- Salary: $60,000
- Schedule: Days, evenings and some Weekends
