Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Program Director to support the Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Support Services Program in Cape May, New Jersey.

Program Overview: The program focuses on utilizing group, individual therapy, psycho-education and medication monitoring to work toward wellness and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides direction, management, supervision and coordination of the IOTSS program.
- Effectively engages all client’s populations
- Continually assesses clients needs
- Provides appropriate intervention strategies and adjusts services accordingly
- Be an agency leader that demonstrates our core values and mission
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in a relevant discipline
- Clinical Licensure LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, and LMFT Required
- Must be able to analyze work, set goals, develop plans and utilize time effectively and efficiently
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred:
- Working with clients that have severe and/or persistent mental illness
