How you can make an Impact
The Social Worker works in collaboration and continuous partnership with clients, community services, and providers, and the clinician team to ensure the client's care plan is effectively implemented and adequately addresses the client's needs. The role will connect clients to relevant community resources including substance abuse treatment, housing, employment, mental health services and primary care.

Therapist Qualifications
- Minimum requirement is Bachelors degree in psychology, social work or a related field.
- Preferred experience in working with clients living with mental illness
- Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
