Job Overview:
The Director of Financial Reporting will oversee accounting and financial control functions for the Finance Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining full integrity of all revenues, ensuring compliance with organization policies, state and federal laws, and regulations.
- Overseeing capital assets projects to ensure organizational goals are met.
- Compiling fiscal estimates and preparing reports as requested.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures through observation, supervision, and testing.
- Developing procedures to ensure collections are complete and current.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Five years of management experience in finance with a similar organization or Non-Profit.
- Experience in Workday highly preferred.
