Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Licensed Clinician to support the NJ Statewide Student Support Services Program in Cumberland / Gloucester / Salem Counties.

Job Overview : The NJ4S Licensed Clinician is responsible for providing clinical services both in person and through telehealth to students across the Hub school districts of Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clinical services will include screening, brief interventions, facilitating treatment referrals, school consultation and making necessary referrals to community supports as needed / identified
• Coordinates and integrates treatment with other therapists, psychiatry, case management, and other services providers, within and between agencies, when appropriate
• Helps to support the implementation of case review / school needs assessment process and providing direct services to students and parents / caregivers according to Tier eligibility
• Partners with the Hub Director in the development and implementation of mental health workplans and social / emotional learning assessments.
• Responsible for oversight of the timely and evidence-based delivery of clinical services for students within the Hub.
• Counsels individuals, families or groups in an outpatient setting, and develops and implements therapeutic treatment plans
